Salary Range: $4.35 - $18.00 per hour

Position: Server (Front-of-House Team Member)

What You'll Do

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction
• Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately
• Manage conflict, solve guest problems, and apply high emotional intelligence
• Follow RAS (Responsible Alcohol Service) procedures and company policies
• Maintain time management and organization with excellent attention to detail
• Collaborate with team to keep the dining room running smoothly
• Comply with all service standards, department rules, and quality standards
• Maintain a high pace and intensity and adhere to a reliable schedule, covering shifts as needed
• Provide positive encouragement and respectful treatment toward team members and guests

• Familiar with BWW food and beverage menu and able to make suggestions and up-sell

• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems
• Strong conflict management skills, analytical skills, and high emotional intelligence
• Knowledge of RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws, and BWW policies
• Strong knowledge of restaurant industry common practices and procedures

Education & Experience

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy
• Preferred: Prior experience as a server or in a customer service role, ideally in a high-volume full-service restaurant
