Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts Bretton Woods is hiring for a restaurant associate to join our team for November 2026. You will deliver fine dining service, manage menus knowledge, and assist with beverage offerings while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

Role requires weekend availability, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work nights and holidays in a fast-paced setting. On-site housing and benefits are provided as part of the winter season program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Saturday and Sunday availability.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of fine dining service.
• Must have full familiarity with menus.
• Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
• Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
• To polish and clean glass and silver wares.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
• To have dollies' underliners ready.
• To fold various napkins for service
• Service to guests.
• Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
• Clean and maintain restaurant.
• Knowledge of Micros Computer System
• Help other associates whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork.
