Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts at Bretton Woods is seeking an associate for the winter season to deliver exceptional guest service and support club operations. You will handle billing, statistics, and equipment management while helping create seamless experiences for Members and their guests.

Responsibilities

• Billing and statistics tracking.
• Retrieve ski/riding equipment from the ski valet and carry to the snow.
• Clean off and store equipment at end of day.
• Keep the Club in immaculate order and organize spaces.
• Work with the Club Manager to create seamless experiences for Members and guests by exceeding expectations.
• Complete administrative work for memberships and billing purposes.
• Supervise membership attendants during shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for billing and statistic tracking

• Clean off and store equipment at the end of their day
• Keep the Club in immaculate order; keep all spaces clean and organize
• Work with the Club Manager to create seamless experiences for our Members and their guests by exceeding their expectation
• Complete some administrative type work for memberships and billing purposes.
• Supervise membership attendants throughout their shifts.

• Must be flexible: The Resort is a twenty four hour, seven day a week operation that changes depending on the mix of business at any given time of the year.
• Must be able to work in an office environment with many people in defined and confined areas, which require both individual and team decision making and input.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be pleasant and friendly.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass an alcohol (TEAM) training certification to serve alcohol to members.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be able to valet cars if needed.
