Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort is seeking skilled bartenders for on-site employment at Bretton Woods, NH. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving at the bar, and maintaining a clean service area.

Both full-time and part-time hours are available, with on-site housing options for the winter season and opportunities for year-round employment. Benefits include complimentary meals, employee gym access, weekly pay, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Full time and part time hours available

Responsibilities

• To properly set-up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the shift.
• Approach and greet guests.
• Order taking.
• Checking back.
• Service bar.
• Clean and clear service areas.
• Completes other duties as assigned by manager.
• Ability to properly present, open, decant and serve wine & Champagne.
