Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, NH, is hiring for a restaurant service role for the winter season. You will provide fine dining service, handle menus and beverage offerings, and maintain an inviting guest experience.

On-site housing and weekly pay are available, with opportunities to stay full-time after winter. Candidates should have a high school diploma, Saturday/Sunday availability, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Saturday and Sunday availability.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide fine dining service and be familiar with menus and beverage offerings.
• Setup and breakdown of stations; side-work and polishing glass/silver.
• Serve guests and greet warmly, using surnames when available.
• Maintain clean and well-kept restaurant and assist teammates.
• Operate Micros computer system.
• Support other associates and maintain teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of fine dining service.
• Must have full familiarity with menus.
• Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
• Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
• To polish and clean glass and silver wares.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
• To have dollies’ underliners ready.
• To fold various napkins for service
• Service to guests.
• Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
• Clean and maintain restaurant.
• Knowledge of Micros Computer System
• Help other associates whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork.
