Sms Infocomm Corporation is seeking a Server Repair Tech to test, diagnose, and replace parts on servers received for inspection. The role emphasizes hands-on repair, collaboration with QC and motherboard teams, and maintaining accurate records of diagnostics and parts used.

Ideal candidates read and write English, have basic computer skills, and familiarity with multiple server models. This on-site position requires physical activity and teamwork in a warehouse environment.

Competenze

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year experience in Repair Depot.
• Must read/write English.
• Experience with multiple computer models (ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, Acer).
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Inspect, test, and diagnose servers.
• Replace parts as needed.
• Document symptoms, test results, and parts replaced.
• Collaborate with motherboard repair, testing, QC, and inspections personnel.
• Provide back up for QC and inspection tasks.
• Maintain parts consumption and stock.
• Follow system and parts management processes.
