Qualifications

• 1 year repair depot experience preferred.
• Must read and write English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, and replace parts on servers.
• Document symptoms, test results, and parts replaced.
• Inspect and diagnose servers sent to SMS for repair.
• Collaborate with QC, motherboard testing, and inspections teams.
• Maintain parts consumption and assist with system and parts management.
