Sms InfoComm Corporation is seeking a Server Repair Tech to test, troubleshoot, and replace parts on servers sent for diagnosis and repair. Responsibilities cover inspection, diagnostics, parts replacement, and documenting findings, with collaboration across repair, testing, and QC teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on assembly, stress testing, and maintaining parts usage in a warehouse environment, with strong attention to procedure and teamwork.

Competenze

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year of repair depot experience.
• Prefer experience in low production PC environments.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Experience with simple/repetitive component replacement.
• Familiarity with models from ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, Acer.
• Basic computer skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated skill set while working with Temp Agency.

Mansioni

• Inspect, test, and diagnose servers.
• Replace parts as needed.
• Conduct and analyze server stress tests.
• Document symptoms, test results, and parts replaced.
• Collaborate with motherboard repair, testing, QC, and inspections personnel.
• Provide back up for QC, inspection, and motherboard testing.
