SMS InfoComm Corporation is seeking a Server Repair Tech in Grapevine, TX. You will test, diagnose, and replace parts on servers sent for diagnosis and repair, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with QC and inspection teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in repair depot preferred.
• Ability to read/write English and follow instructions.
• Experience with replacing LCD/HDD on multiple models (ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, Acer).
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and diagnose servers.
• Replace parts as needed and document results.
• Conduct and analyze server stress tests.
• Collaborate with repair, testing, QC, and inspections teams.
• Provide backup for QC and testing activities.
• Maintain parts consumption and assist with system processes.
• Follow leadership direction and perform other duties as assigned.
