Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a Service Operations Specialist in a hybrid role based near Jersey City, NJ. The position combines hands-on hardware repair with service logistics, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure service readiness and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong electronic repair skills, knowledge of server hardware, and experience with inventory and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in hardware repair or service operations.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic systems and computer hardware.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Strong Excel skills and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair servers, storage, and networking equipment to meet quality standards.
• Test, calibrate, and validate repaired systems and components.
• Document repair findings and RMA reporting in service databases.
• Coordinate inventory, orders, and logistics across multiple locations.
