Job summary

TKO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DELAWARE LLC is seeking enthusiastic Servers to join our Coast Rehoboth Beach location. You will provide prompt food and beverage service, upsell menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates should have a minimum of 3 years serving experience in high-volume settings, fluent English, and a professional appearance. Training on Delaware TIPS or similar is likely required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational, time management and mathematical skills.
• Must be fluent in English and demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly with guests and co-workers.
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Must have basic knowledge of Beer, Wine and Spirits and be familiar with menu items.
• Minimum of 3 years serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous food & beverage service to guests while maximizing sales volume. Must upsell food and beverage items
• Provide superior table service to guests in accordance with established standards
• Ensure customer requests are completed in a courteous manner based on our standards
• Maintain clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency and aesthetic standards
• Interact verbally with all guests, creating a service oriented and upbeat atmosphere
• Complete all payment transactions according to standard
• Complete all side-work according to standard
• Clean and re-set tables according to standard
• Notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired customers
• Responsible for checking IDs of all guests when in question, and not serving guests with no valid ID
• Complies with all established F&B standards
• Must be able to suspend service to intoxicated individuals in accordance with Delaware law
• Execute other duties as assigned by management

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and cordial behavior
