Job summary

You will partner with engineers, hosting teams, security, and VA stakeholders to improve accessibility, align with Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA, and strengthen controls while ensuring reliable, inclusive server operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of experience.
• Experience leading server operations infrastructure processes or compliance activities in enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in accessibility compliance Section 508 WCAG 2.0 AA or federal ICT standards.
• Strong understanding of ITSM service delivery hosting operations and enterprise-class process governance.
• Ability to evaluate server documentation interfaces workflows and system outputs for accessibility completeness and accuracy.
• Experience developing compliance plans audit artifacts dashboards and corrective-action processes.
• Excellent written analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across platform engineering operations and federal organizations.
