Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Quality & Process Manager to support the VA in Austin, TX, leading enterprise quality across Infrastructure Operations to ensure deliverables meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of related experience.
• Experience leading quality management, performance analysis, or process governance in enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in establishing quality controls, evaluating compliance, and supporting federal performance standards.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, service delivery operations, and enterprise‑class process management.
• Ability to evaluate technical documentation, deliverables, workflows, and operational outputs for completeness and accuracy.
• Experience developing quality plans, audit artifacts, performance dashboards, and corrective‑action processes.
• Excellent written, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise quality management across Infrastructure Operations to meet VA performance standards.
• Oversee quality governance, quality control plans, and compliance reviews.
• Direct documentation accuracy and adherence to metrics for schedule, cost, and staffing.
• Partner with service lines, program managers, and technical teams to improve performance and reduce rework.
• Manage enterprise‑wide quality measurement systems and dashboards.
• Identify risks, document resolutions, and drive cross‑team process improvements.
