You will verify orders, handle payments, answer questions about menus, and work in a fast-paced environment that celebrates care for guests. This role supports a memorable guest experience at our Pueblo-inspired resort.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Verify that each order is complete, accurate, and properly presented before leaving the kitchen.
• Provide friendly and personalized guest service and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and hotel services when appropriate.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately, including room charges, credit cards.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
