Qualifications

• A genuine desire to satisfy clients and guests in a fast-paced hotel setting.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication abilities.
• 1–3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience preferred.
• Proficiency with event-planning systems and software.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Two years of hotel experience or completion of an Event Management trainee program recommended.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead event details from concept to on-site execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Event Services, Culinary, AV, and Operations for flawless events.
• Lead pre-event meetings and relay requirements to internal teams.
• Maintain strong planner relationships and post-event follow-up.
