• Provide friendly and personalized guest service and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and hotel services when appropriate.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately, including room charges, credit cards.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
