Salary Range: $2.13 - $2.13 Hourly

NOW HIRING: Servers (Front-of-House Team Members)

What You’ll Do
  • Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills to serve guests and create personalized experiences.
  • Manage time and organization, while taking direction and executing team and company objectives.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions.
  • Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
  • Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
  • Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
  • Apply conflict‑management, analytical skills, and emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service (RAS) procedures as defined by federal and state laws and BWW policies.
  • Work closely with the team to keep the dining room running smoothly.
Qualifications
  • Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
  • Familiarity with BWW food and beverage menu and ability to suggest items and upsell.
  • Awareness of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform guests.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills, with the ability to take direction and execute objectives.
  • Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems.
  • Conflict‑management, analytical skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence to recognize and solve problems.
  • Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant environment.

Required
