What You’ll Do
  • Greet Guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve BWW guests and create personalized experience.
  • Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail; ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions.
  • Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
  • Check in with Guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
  • Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
  • Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and high degree of emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems.
  • Knowledge of RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws, and BWW policies.
  • Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly.
Qualifications

  • Knowledge of BWW food and beverage menu, ability to make suggestions and up‑sell.
  • Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform Guests.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve BWW guests and create personalized experience.
  • Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail; ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money accurately; basic knowledge of Point‑of‑Sale systems.
  • Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in restaurant environment.
Freedom to Act
  • Comply with all specs, quality standards, and department rules and procedures.
  • Ability to follow specific service time and guidelines while engaging Guests and customizing their experience.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time.
  • Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule, covering shifts as necessary, and being on time for scheduled shifts.

Education / Experience
Required
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy.
Preferred
  • Prior experience working as a server or in a customer service roles, ideally in a high‑volume full‑service restaurant.
