Job Details: Location: 1780 E Boulevard Unit 119 - Kokomo, IN 46902. Salary Range: $2.13 - $2.13 Hourly. NOW HIRING: Servers (Front‑of‑House Team Members).

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills in order to serve BWW guests and create a personalized experience.
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail; ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions.
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
• Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems.
• Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by federal and state laws, and BWW policies and guidelines.
• Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly.
