Job summary

Nick's Fish House in Baltimore is seeking a welcoming Server to join our Front of House team. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with efficiency and warmth, contributing to memorable dining experiences on our waterfront location.

In this fast-paced, team-driven setting, you’ll collaborate with peers to ensure smooth service, keep stations well stocked, and maintain a clean, inviting environment for guests. Prior experience and a passion for hospitality are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of server experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• TIPS certification is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to guests.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring guest preferences and dietary needs are met.
• Engage with guests to recommend menu items and provide knowledge of seafood offerings.
• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation and hospitality.
• Assist in running food, bussing tables, and completing side work to support smooth operations.
• Adhere to food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Work as part of a team-service approach, collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor, reflecting the brand values.
