Job summary

Nick's Fish House in Baltimore is seeking a welcoming Server to join our Front of House team. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with efficiency and warmth, contributing to memorable dining experiences on our waterfront location.

In this fast-paced, team-driven setting, you’ll collaborate with peers to ensure smooth service, keep stations well stocked, and maintain a clean, inviting environment for guests. Prior experience and a passion for hospitality are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of server experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• TIPS certification is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Position Summary

As a Server at Nick's Fish House, you are the face of our restaurant-delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages with efficiency and accuracy, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Working in a team-service environment, you'll collaborate with fellow Front of House team members to maintain seamless service, assist with table setup and breakdown, and provide an unforgettable dining experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of server experience in a high-volume restaurant.

• Work in a fast-paced environment, often moving quickly between tables and stations.
• Navigate crowded dining areas and maintain balance while carrying items.

Compensation

This position starts at $3.63 per hour plus tips.
