Nick's Fish House in Baltimore is seeking a Busser/Barback to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The role focuses on clearing and resetting tables, assisting with food running, restocking bar supplies, and keeping the dining and bar areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including trays, kegs, and bar supplies.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to ensure a quick turnaround for guests.
• Assist in running food from the kitchen to tables, ensuring proper plate presentation.
• Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, mixers, and bar essentials.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area by wiping surfaces and replenishing napkins, condiments, and utensils.
• Assist in overall restaurant cleanliness, including floors, restrooms, and service stations.
• Work as part of a team-service approach, collaborating with colleagues to maintain a stress-free and engaging work environment.
