Nick's Fish House in Baltimore is seeking a Bartender to craft high-quality beverages and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, lively waterfront setting. You’ll engage guests at the bar, take orders, and prepare cocktails to spec while supporting the dining room team in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
• TIPS certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to Nick's recipes and presentation standards.
• Take and process guest food and drink orders at the bar while fulfilling service bar tickets for dining room guests.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor alcohol consumption, verify guest IDs, and adhere to liquor laws.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, following Nick's payment policies.
