Proof of the Pudding is hiring an experienced Server to provide a high-end dining experience at Citizens Bank Park. You'll deliver elevated in-seat dining service and work closely with culinary teams to create memorable guest experiences.

Job description

Job Overview

Proof of the Pudding has spent the past four decades providing innovative menus, services, design expertise and event experiences to clients in Sports & Entertainment. We are partnered with the Phillies providing elevated food service in the Press/Media area and Executive Dining location. We are currently seeking an experienced Server to join the Proof of the Pudding team at Citizens Bank Park. This position will provide a high‑end experience similar to a restaurant format.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver elevated in‑seat dining service with attention to detail
  • Guide guests through menu selections, including premium food and beverage options
  • Maintain impeccable service standards and guest interaction
  • Coordinate seamlessly with culinary and beverage teams
  • Create memorable guest experiences through thoughtful, proactive service
  • Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in fine dining, upscale restaurant, or VIP hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
  • Exceptional guest engagement skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high‑volume settings
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Renowned time management and organization skills

Work Environment

The work environment for this position will mainly be food & beverage culinary operations located in EDR at Citizens Bank Park.

Uniform Requirements

Adherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook and orientation guidelines. Non‑slip shoes are necessary.

Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods of standing, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue
  • Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items
  • Lifting approximately 30 lbs. and performing other physical tasks

Salary & Benefits

This is a part‑time hourly role with varying schedule depending on business needs. The schedule often consists of a morning shift covering breakfast operations or a later shift covering dinner service. Benefits include daily meals per shift.
