Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is hiring for an entry-level, part-time Front of House role at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, PA. The position involves assisting with food stations, serving and clearing meals, and maintaining a clean service area in a high-volume stadium environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Serving and/or Front of House experience.
• Experience in high volume catering or food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting food stations and transport food items.
• Replenish food items as needed and directed.
• Operate and provide service at interactive stations (e.g., build your own smoothie).
• Serve and clear food and beverages professionally and quickly.
• Keep work area clean and coordinate with FOH Supervisor for flawless service.
• Manage time effectively.
• Assist in inventory of equipment and setup/breakdown of events.
• Follow proper food handling sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in cleaning up and preparing for next service.
