Proof of the Pudding is seeking an Entry-level Suite Attendant to service Gas South Arena suites in Duluth, GA. This seasonal/part-time role requires availability on event days and a solid Front of House background with VIP service experience.

The position emphasizes high guest service standards, teamwork, time management, and flexibility to adapt to fast-paced arena events. Uniforms and meals per shift are provided, with on-the-job training available.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of Serving and/or Front of House experience.
  • Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles.
  • Must be available for the majority event days.
  • Must be a phenomenal team player.

Responsibilities

  • Set suites, clubs, and buffet stations as needed.
  • Serve and clear food and beverages quietly and professionally.
  • Move food and equipment from prep to service areas.
  • Refill buffets with appropriate menu items.
  • Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting.
  • Maintain clean work areas and coordinate with FOH Manager.
  • Manage time effectively during events.

This standard was upheld through the expansion into Sports and Entertainment Hospitality Services by providing elevated concessions and premium offerings to collegiate stadiums, PGA golf tournaments, International Boat Shows, Professional Sports Teams, & more.

Proof of the Pudding, catering and provisions for Gas South District, is searching for Suite Attendants to service the Arena suites and catering other events.

This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by athletic events.

Duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Ensure the setting of suites, clubs, and buffet stations which may include décor.
  • Serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly, using proper serving and clearing techniques.
  • Set out, move, and carry food products and equipment from prep area to service area.
  • Refill buffets as needed with full understanding of what is being served.
  • Provide excellent guest service experience while working in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Keep work area clean, and coordinate actions with the FOH Manager to ensure flawless customer service.
  • Managing time effectively.
  • Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed.
  • Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.
  • Knowledge of event menu items and their contents.
  • Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Education and/or Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of Serving and/or Front of House experience.

Work Environment

The work environment for this position will be event operations and working out of the Football Stadium or similar venues. This position will often move throughout campus and stadium grounds on different terrains.

Uniform Requirements
  • Adherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook, uniform requirements outlined in your orientation guidelines.
  • Non-slip shoes are necessary.
Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods of being in one place, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue.
  • Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 30+ lbs.
