Server (Front-of-House Team Member) – 19252 Soledad Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91351.

Hourly pay: $16.90 - $18.00.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
• Serve with excellent verbal communication and interaction skills.
• Manage time and organization with attention to detail.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions.
• Deliver food and drinks ensuring quality, safety, and timely service.
• Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Identify and resolve guest concerns using conflict‑management and analytical skills.
• Apply RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures and BWW policies in all alcohol service.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the dining room running smoothly.
