What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience
• Communicate verbally in a friendly, personal manner to serve guests and tailor the experience

• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotional items
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
• Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit

• Apply conflict‑management, analytical thinking, and emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems
• Know RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures per federal, state laws, and BWW policies
• Work closely with the team to keep the dining room running smoothly
• Show respect, positive encouragement, and fair treatment towards all team members and managers
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers
• Serve as a contributing member of a team
• Deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction, focusing on friendly services, food, fun, and value

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures
• Knowledge of the BWW food and beverage menu with the ability to make suggestions and upsell
• Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform guests
• Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills
• Strong time‑management, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills
• Basic mathematical skills and accuracy with money handling
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems
• Conflict‑management skills, analytical thinking, and high emotional intelligence
• Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant environment

Required

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy

Preferred

• Prior experience working as a server or in customer‑service roles, ideally in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant
