Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Santa Clarita, CA is hiring servers (front-of-house team members). As a Server, you are the face of guest experience, greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food with energy and a smile.

You will upsell menu items, process payments, and collaborate with team to keep the dining room running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Required: at least 21 years old and alcohol-service certifications; prior customer service experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do

As a Server, you’ll be the face of the Guest experience—bringing energy, personality, and great service to every table.

• Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by both federal and state laws, and also BWW policies and guidelines

• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accurately Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required

• Minimum 21 years of age


• Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy

Preferred

• Prior experience working as a server or in a customer service roles, ideally in a high volume full service restaurant
