Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Burbank, CA is seeking friendly Servers to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with a focus on hospitality and accuracy. You’ll be part of a frontline team that values teamwork and a high-quality guest experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, are comfortable handling payments, and show knowledge of responsible alcohol service procedures. Prior server or customer service experience preferred in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy.
• Prior experience in server or customer service roles, ideally in a high volume full service restaurant.
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Knowledge of BWW menu and ability to suggest items and upsell.

What You’ll Do

• Greet Guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience
• Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills in order to serve BWW Guests and ability to create a personalized experience
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction
• Check in with Guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately
• Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to recognize and solve guest problems
• Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by both federal and state laws, and also BWW policies and guidelines
• Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly
