Salary Range: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions.
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
• Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly.
• Follow RAS (Responsible Alcohol Service) procedures as defined by federal, state laws, and BWW policies.
• Maintain pace and intensity to keep up with high volume environment.
• Follow all service time and guidelines while engaging guests.
• Bring personality to create memorable experiences of food, sports, and fun.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certification to serve alcohol as required by state and BWW policy.
• Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Knowledge of BWW menu and ability to make suggestions and upsell.
• Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events.
• Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills.
• Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accurately.
• Basic knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems.
• Conflict management skills and emotional intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant environment concepts and procedures.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a server or in a customer service role, ideally in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
