Job summary

Echo Bluff Lodge is seeking friendly staff to join the Creekside Grill at Echo Bluff Lodge. Earn great tips while delivering food and beverages with friendly, attentive service to guests in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include taking orders with POS, delivering orders, and bussing tables, along with menu knowledge and accurate payment processing. Candidates should provide courteous service and maintain clean, prepared workstations throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Able to count change and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take orders using POS, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner.
• Know the restaurant menu.
• Process credit cards and cash payments.
• Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• Provide courteous service to all guests.
• Set tables, polish glasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned.
