• Follow detailed cleaning duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Clean guest rooms and change linens as required.
• Report any damaged or missing items to management.

Job description

Echo Bluff Lodge is nestled alongside Sinking Creek with expansive, breathtaking views of the park's namesake, Echo Bluff. The beautiful lodge overlooks a one-of-a-kind panorama that amazes all! We offer cabin and lodge guest rooms!

Responsibilities

• Follows detailed duties worksheet assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Clean check-outs and stay-overs, including; changing sheets and towels, emptying trash, dusting, and vacuuming
• Report damaged or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor, turn in all lost and found items to Management
• Notify Management and Maintenance of any repairs
• Stock personal cart daily with cleaning supplies, guest supplies and linens, alert supervisor if supplies run low
• Unload cart of dirty linens and trash at end of shift
• Assist in laundry if needed

Position Requirements

• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs. with frequent bending, twisting and squatting required.

Education and Experience

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience: One (1) year of housekeeping experience preferred
• Must have valid drivers license to drive company vehicle
