Echo Bluff Lodge is seeking friendly staff to join the Creekside Grill at Echo Bluff Lodge. Earn great tips while delivering food and beverages with friendly, attentive service to guests in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include taking orders with POS, delivering orders, and bussing tables, along with menu knowledge and accurate payment processing. Candidates should provide courteous service and maintain clean, prepared workstations throughout shifts.

• Able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Able to count change and communicate effectively.

Echo Bluff Lodge is nestled alongside Sinking Creek with expansive, breathtaking views of the park's namesake, Echo Bluff. The beautiful lodge overlooks a one-of-a-kind panorama that amazes all! We offer cabin and lodge guest rooms, retail gift sales and the Creekside Grill.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders using Point-of-Sales (POS) software, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner
• Knowledge of restaurant menu
• Process credit cards and cash payments
• Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures
• Provide courteous service to all guests
• Set tables, polish glasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people

Experience:

• Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment preferred
