Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, invite applications for a Server Assistant / Server. The role is key to Front of House, keeping dining areas and bar organized, and serving as a primary food runner. Opportunity to advance to a Bartender position with increased responsibilities and wages.

You'll get hands-on training, work on the floor, and support the team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction in a lively Austin setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and staff.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Learn menu and specials; be ready to explain dishes.
• Be present on the floor and assist with side work.
• Bus and reset tables; stock supplies.
• Deliver food to guests and explain each dish.
• Assist bartenders with service to enhance the guest experience.
