Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group's ParOne Clubhouse at SkyRidge in Park City, Utah, is hiring a Server Assistant to join the opening team reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You will support dining room setup, assist with service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold standards while delivering attentive guest experiences.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and possess a current Food Handler’s Card and TIPS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• TIPS certification required, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Current Food Handler’s Card required.
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality guest service.
• Ability to learn, implement, and consistently uphold established service standards.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with Clubhouse and Hotel guests and team members.
• Ability to remain composed and effective in busy or high-pressure situations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room and service areas for daily operations.
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards.
• Run food and assist with service of food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas throughout the shift.
• Set up and replenish service stations and supplies.
• Monitor guest needs and respond to requests promptly.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests with attentive service.
• Collaborate with Servers, Supervisors, culinary team, and colleagues.
• Follow quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Complete opening and closing duties including restocking and cleaning.
