Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and work ethic.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• TABC Certification as required by state/local rules.
• Certified for food and alcohol service as required by state/local agencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Assist servers, bartenders and hosts as needed and understand menu items.
• Run food from the kitchen to guest tables after ensuring each course is complete and accurate.
• Run beverages from the bar to tables and keep beverages full.
• Clear dishes between courses and after guests leave the table.
• Communicate with server, bartenders and host to ensure efficient seating and guest service.
• Keep all tables and chairs clean and reset vacated tables.
• Perform general cleaning to meet health and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
