Brentwood Dallas is seeking a Server Assistant to support our service team in delivering exceptional hospitality. You will help keep dining areas pristine, assist servers and bartenders, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly to guests.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Keep dining areas clean and organized, assisting service staff as needed.
• Support servers, bartenders, and hosts by understanding menu offerings.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables accurately and promptly.
• Assist with resetting tables and clearing dishware between courses.
• Communicate effectively to ensure seating efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Follow health and safety standards in all duties.
