Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience
• Work closely with servers to deliver food and answer guest questions
• Run food and drinks efficiently with accuracy
• Pre-bus tables, remove used ware, and reset tables promptly
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain flow
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness in service areas and dining spaces
• Assist with table setups and stocking service stations
• Communicate effectively with team members to boost speed
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to keep a safe environment
