Job summary

Benihana - Puente Hills is seeking a team member to maintain cleanliness and assist with front-of-house duties during shifts. You will set and clean tables, assist servers with refills, and help with large party setups to ensure smooth seating and customer satisfaction.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; eligibility to work in the United States is required. A high school diploma or GED is needed to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Set and clean tables, sushi bar and lounge areas.
• Support servers with drink refills and clearing tables.
• Assist with setup of large parties and communicate seating readiness to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Assist customers with inquiries as needed.
