Job summary

Anaheim Arena Management, LLC (F&B) seeks a Server Assistant to deliver food and beverages to guests, maintain station setup, and uphold sanitation standards. You will assist with table settings, understand the menu, and work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate orders and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and work flexible nights and weekends on-site at the Honda Center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of experience preferred.
• On-site position at Anaheim venue.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prepared food and beverages to guests promptly.
• Remove soiled utensils and service ware from guest view.
• Assist in setting dining room and tables with linens, utensils, and glassware.
• Know the full menu including ingredients, cooking times, and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely orders and communicate dietary restrictions.
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service.
• Set up, break down, and clean service stations.
• Keep informed about menu updates and hours.
• Support teammates to ensure guests receive high-quality service.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards including masking and gloves.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
