Restaurant Medure in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is hiring Server Assistants to support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be a friendly, detail-oriented team member who communicates guest needs clearly and helps maintain a smooth, welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Desire to provide outstanding hospitality to guests.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Able to clearly convey guests' needs to team members.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol; Food Handler Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
• Assist waitstaff and bartenders in providing excellent guest service
• Run food orders from kitchen to guests' tables promptly
• Ensure guests have everything they need and anticipate needs
• Clean and reset tables and maintain tidy dining areas
• Adhere to all food safety regulations
• Perform opening, closing and side duties as required
• Support and assist fellow team members and contribute to a positive environment
• Contribute to an overall collaborative team atmosphere

Our Server Assistants assist servers by performing any tasks necessary to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You are a natural people person who can quickly build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, you rely on your excellent organization and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Comfortable working with a team
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Food Handler Certification a plus and will be required within 60 days of hire
