Job summary

Casa Reina Taqueria & Tequila in Saint Augustine, FL is hiring part-time server assistants to join our team as we launch a new concept in the heart of the bayfront. You will deliver friendly, attentive service and help clear tables to keep service moving smoothly.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, potential for advancement to a server position, flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends and holidays, and the chance to work in a vibrant, tequila-focused venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
• Sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
• Complete other tasts requested/required by the manager on duty

Come join a local restaurant group as we launch a new concept in the heart of St. Augustine, Casa Reina Taqueria & Tequila. Creative Mexican fare, tequila-centric cocktails & first-class design elements will pay tribute to the venue – an iconic, 19th century Spanish Colonial Revival building with panoramic views of the bayfront & Bridge of Lions.

The ideal busser/server assistant is detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. This is an entry level position that could lead to a server position in the future.

You’ll become part of a team that has successfully owned & operated high-volume restaurants in St. Augustine for over 20 years (Harry’s Seafood Bar & Grille, Salt Life Food Shack).
