Job summary

Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts in Jacksonville, FL is hiring Server Assistants to support waitstaff and bartenders, delivering excellent guest service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The role involves running food from kitchen to tables, clearing and resetting tables, and adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a full service restaurant is preferred.
• Desire to provide outstanding hospitality to guests.
• Professional, well groomed, and confident with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to clearly communicate guests’ needs to other team members.
• Hardworking with a positive and upbeat attitude.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Food Handler Certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience

Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts is a 220-seat, 7,000 square foot upscale-casual restaurant and bar at the Mayo medical center’s Southside campus. The restaurant includes full-service dining plus full-service bar, and coffee shop plus a grab-and-go area. The sit-down restaurant is open both to hospital visitors and the general public.

Our Server Assistants assist servers by performing any tasks necessary to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You are a natural people person who can quickly build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, you rely on your excellent organization and communication skills.
