Job summary

The Italiano is seeking energetic Server Assistants in Scottsdale to support a fast-paced dining room and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will help set up dining areas, assist servers, and deliver items promptly while maintaining sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of high-volume restaurant experience, excellent communication, and a positive work ethic. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required, with a Food Handler Card preferred or obtainable

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before service, including setting tables, silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist servers in providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Deliver food and requested items to guests quickly and accurately.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout service.
• Clean, reset, and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests.
• Act as a communication link between Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining areas.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and communicate requests to servers.
• Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
