Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Server Assistant at Grand Hyatt Nashville to support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional hospitality. You will help keep dining spaces guest-ready, replenish buffets, and ensure guests are greeted and seated as needed.

Responsibilities include table maintenance, assisting with reservations, delivering orders, and collaborating with staff to uphold cleanliness and service standards.

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.

• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with special requests and tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Server Assistant plays a key role in supporting the restaurant team to deliver exceptional hospitality. This position enhances the guest experience by ensuring dining areas are guest-ready, buffets are replenished and presentable, food is delivered promptly, and guests are warmly greeted and seated when needed.

HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
