Job summary

Piccino Presidio in San Francisco is hiring servers for lunch and dinner service. Our Cal-Italian menu is seasonal and simple, and guests are neighbors who have long-standing relationships with the restaurant.

Piccino has been a community hub in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood since 2006, and we are now in the Presidio as well, with more locations ahead. This position is open at both restaurants. Here are the details:

We are looking for servers for lunch and dinner service. Our food is Cal-Italian, seasonal, and simple, our wine list is thoughtful and mostly Italian, and our guests are largely neighbors who have been coming for years. Knowing the menu well and being generous with people is most of the job.

Responsibilities/capabilities:

Full-service dining room and bar service, menu and wine knowledge, teamwork with runners and bussers, accurate POS work on Toast, and side work done right. Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred. Interest in Italian food and wine goes a long way here.
