Piccino has been a community hub in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood since 2006, and we are now in the Presidio as well, with more locations ahead. This position is open at both restaurants. This is a service-facing role. You will run shifts as manager on duty in the dining room and bar, set the tone for the team on the floor, and take care of our regulars and our first-timers alike. Simplicity executed to perfection is what we are after, and it happens shift by shift.
Leading service, pre-shift meetings, seating and pacing the room, handling guest issues in the moment, supporting servers and bartenders, and closing out the night accurately. Wine knowledge and Italian food experience are a plus, not a requirement. The ideal candidate has solid references and a minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience, including some leadership.

Compensation: $72,000 - $76,000 annually
