Job summary

Olde Naples Hotel is seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our team in Naples, FL. You will greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive service consistent with our standards.

We value punctuality, personal grooming, and a positive attitude. Candidates with prior hospitality experience are a plus; all shifts include opening/closing duties and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages.
• Prior hospitality or server experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone.
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOPs.
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift.
• Complete all closing side work at end of shift.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance.
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform.
• Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas.
