Job summary

Sunset Key Cottages is seeking a Food Runner to join our hospitality team. You will deliver food to tables, assist expo in preparing and garnishing dishes, and help with opening and closing side work to prep for shifts.

We value courteous communication, reliability, and teamwork. Previous hospitality experience is a plus; the position offers health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), free parking, and employee dining perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
• Previous experience a plus.
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages.

Responsibilities

• Run food to appropriate table and seat numbers
• Assist expo in preparing and garnishing food to be ran
• Opening side work to prepare for the shift to include prepping expo items
• Closing side work to clean the expo station
• Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments
• Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook
• Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy
